Curt has 30+ years of practical, global senior leadership experience in high tech in the heart of Silicon Valley. His passion is helping clients develop their leadership skills and positioning them for continued advancement. He has had clients in many markets such as private wealth management, retail, healthcare, telecommunications and bio-pharm. When he’s not coaching, he’s working hard to slow the aging process through running and routine cardio and strength conditioning. Curt holds a Doctorate in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Southern California.
Melissa has over 8 years of coaching experience working with clients across a number of industries including technology, education and non-profit. Melissa specializes in clients facing challenges around career and life transitions, communications, marketing and leadership, and enjoys helping her clients grow and thrive. Melissa works at Stanford University leading communications for employees. Melissa also worked for over 15 years at Intel Corporation and has an MBA from UCLA and a BS in electrical engineering. In her spare time Melissa enjoys writing and spending time with her son.
Tom grew up working on his grandparents' avocado and lemon ranch. He led strategic change initiatives at Hewlett Packard for over 28 years, in new product and service creation, marketing, business development, mergers & acquisitions, sales operations, manufacturing and distribution. Developing leaders, building teams, learning, hiking with friends and Aikido are his passions. Tom began coaching in 2002 as part of his leadership role for the HP Compaq merger. He partners with his clients, assisting them to gain new insights about their current situations, identify strengths and opportunities, develop presence and resilience, and improve effectiveness to achieve significant outcomes. Tom has a M.S. degree in Industrial Engineering, a BA in History, is a certified Presence-Based® Coach, a certified Systemic Team Coach and a credentialed coach with the International Coach Federation.
