Our coaches are carefully vetted to ensure they meet Pluma standards. We interview each coach multiple times, check references and run background checks to ensure they meet the following criteria:
Pluma coaches must have at minimum of 10 years of operational and managerial experience to coach with Pluma.
Coaches must be ICF accredited and have graduated from an ICF accredited program.
Coaches much successfully complete exhaustive training on our platform.
Coaches must have graduated from an accredited university. We prefer coaches that have Master's degrees or higher.
Every coach goes must pass a thorough and exhaustive background check.
We speak with at minimum of two enterprise level references.

Molly sits on the Advisory Council of GirlUp, A United Nations Foundation organization. Molly holds a BA in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa, and a Master’s in Managerial Communication from Northwestern University.
Tom is a graduate of Harvard Business School and Cornell University and grew up in Ithaca, NY, where he was an All-American swimmer.
Dina earned an MBA with High Distinction from the University of Michigan and a MS in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University, a renowned program in this field.
Kathi is a frequent guest lecturer at Rutgers University and has been an adjunct professor at Rutgers, Brooklyn College and Queens College. Kathi holds a B.A. degree from Douglass College, Rutgers – The State University, an M.A. from Michigan State University and an M.Phil. from The Graduate Center – C.U.N.Y. She has advanced to candidacy for a Ph.D.
Tom began coaching in 2002 as part of his leadership role for the HP Compaq merger. He partners with his clients, assisting them to gain new insights about their current situations, identify strengths and opportunities, develop presence and resilience, and improve effectiveness to achieve significant outcomes. Tom has a M.S. degree in Industrial Engineering, is a certified Presence-Based® Coach and a credentialed coach with the International Coach Federation.
Christine has worked for more than twenty years as a leadership workshop facilitator, and has 10 years of experience in marketing roles from assistant product manager to Marketing Director for consumer products companies. She has an MBA from Columbia University. In her spare time Christine enjoys hiking, boating, skiing, traveling and meditation.
Stephen is an accomplished senior executive who became an executive coach and leadership facilitator 5 years ago. He is a strategic thinker and is passionate about helping others succeed. Having worked for global brands (P&G, BASF, Honeywell, Emerson, Ecolab & Danaher) for over 32 years, Stephen has accumulated a wealth of experience in leadership and business management.
Ailsa is an accredited coach with extensive experience working with high potential professionals. She has a business background with over 20 years in senior client facing roles for BT, with high profile clients in the finance, government and health sectors.
Over thirty-three years in high-tech companies, most recently as a Vice President at Rovi Communications and before that as a Department Head of Siemens Corporation. Yvette has worked with clients at companies like VMware, SAP, IBM, Nokia, ARM and Cadence. She enjoys working with clients to create career development plans and support them in successfully reaching their goals.
I am an International Coach Federation certified professional coach and leadership development facilitator. Living in Southern California, I engage with clients via video-conference, and travel extensively with my marketing consultancy and executive coaching work.

I created and led the coaching practice at a global financial organization before establishing an independent practice on my own. My many years experience as a member of the tactical team in both technology and financial services sectors, generating and delivering talent management strategies and executive assessment programmes, has helped me support my clients better.
