Sales Development Representative, multiple locations

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will be a key part of our Sales team. You will work directly with the company founders to find new revenue opportunities by qualifying, developing and converting leads. We are looking for a hunter with an entrepreneurial mindset who has a track record of success, possesses the organizational skills to handle a high lead flow and is intellectually curious about the needs of potential customers.

Desired qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in enterprise software sales.
  • History of quota over-achievement or setting and crushing targets in a previous role.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
  • Previous experience in a lead generation role.
  • Proven success in developing new business and managing complex sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, develop and generate new meetings and opportunities from leads with companies around the world.

Software engineer, San Francisco, CA

Develop, create and modify new programs, proof these programs by executing full lifecycle software development, and write well-designed, testable, efficient code. Test and troubleshoot programs, design solutions to problematic programming, and develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures. Work with clients and management to analyze performance of current programs and processes and recommend new programs to yield a more cost-effective product. Requires Master of Science in Software Engineering plus two years' experience as a Software Engineer using React JS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular JS. Customer Success Manager, multiple locations

As a Customer Success Manager you will be a key part of our operations team. You will work directly with company founders to service existing clients and coaches. We are looking for a tech-savvy problem-solver with a sense of urgency, who possesses the organizational skills to handle multiple priorities at once and is proactive at improving existing processes.

Enterprise Sales Executive, multiple locations

We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for the full sales process from lead generation to closing deals. You will work closely with the founding team to set sales strategy, stay on top of new developments, and will build that entrepreneurial muscle you've always longed for.

Pluma is a digital executive coaching and professional development platform for new and emerging leaders. We work primarily with Fortune 1000 companies to deliver measurable, scalable and personalized professional development and support to new and emerging managers in the workplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Manage recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and feature needs while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of successful previous experience as an enterprise sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Experience working with various sales software stacks
  • Data-driven with ability to manage reporting and performance tracking related to lead generation and deal closes
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Human resources software sales experience preferred
