Intelligent minds abound in Healthcare, yet developing effective leaders remains a challenge. Healthcare leadership is much more than taking on additional responsibility. Leaders must adopt a separate mindset and list of behaviors in order to be effective, all while balancing innovation with regulation, ethics, and still contributing a high-level of expertise. With a very real "disrupt or be disrupted" future, companies like Children’s Healthcare, Pfizer, Gilead, and others have chosen Pluma to help develop - and retain - effective healthcare leaders
