We are veterans, we have competed in Olympic trials, and we are first generation college graduates. A note from our founders

We founded Pluma because we wanted to change how work was done, and drive that change on our own terms. In our own careers we were hungry for support and development. We had had good managers and ones that were lacking, and we were aware of our own areas for improvement as leaders as well. We saw large L&D budgets being spent on programs that lacked long term impact, and HR teams who were passionate about their people frustrated with their available options. We saw executive coaches who spent more time on marketing than coaching, and longed to focus on the work they loved. Pluma was born from these observations and a desire to build a company that stands as a pillar of quality and partnership in the HR community. We tell our clients that we want this to be the best development experience they ever have, and we mean it.
